These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jillwright.ca and its content, features, forms, resources, and purchase pages (collectively, the “Website”). The Website and related offerings are operated by Jill Wright, an Ontario sole proprietor registered under the business name Grow Like a Mother and operating publicly as Jill Wright and Energy + Hours (“Jill Wright,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Website, submitting information, making a purchase, or accessing an offering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Additional written terms may apply to a particular product, coaching engagement, membership, workshop, speaking engagement, event, or other service. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will govern that offering to the extent of the conflict.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country to make a purchase or enter into an agreement through the Website. A parent or legal guardian must authorize any use or purchase by a minor.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information and to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

2. Educational and informational purposes

Website content, podcast material, newsletters, quizzes, planners, downloads, workshops, coaching content, and other resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Jill Wright is a time-management educator, trainer, speaker, author, and coach. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, no regulated professional-client relationship is created through use of the Website or participation in an offering.

You remain responsible for your choices, wellbeing, business decisions, schedule, workload, and results. If you have concerns about your health, safety, or mental health, contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service.

3. No guarantee of results

Examples, testimonials, case studies, and descriptions of possible outcomes reflect individual experiences or illustrative situations. Results vary. We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, productivity, health, business, or organizational outcome.

4. Products, services, prices, and orders

Product and service descriptions are intended to be accurate, but colours, dimensions, availability, content, and other details may vary. We may correct errors and change descriptions, prices, or availability at any time before accepting an order.

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, or currency-conversion costs. You are responsible for charges disclosed at checkout and any import costs imposed by your jurisdiction.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including an error, suspected fraud, stock limitations, payment failure, or an inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, and are also subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

5. Shipping and local pickup

Shipping estimates are estimates only unless a guaranteed delivery date is expressly stated in writing. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

We bear the risk of loss until the order is delivered to the delivery address you provided or is collected through local pickup. If a shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, contact info@jillwright.ca so that we can provide a replacement or other appropriate remedy. You remain responsible for losses or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address that you supplied, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for following any local-pickup instructions. Contact info@jillwright.ca promptly if an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within the expected period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any delivery, cancellation, or refund right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Non-refundable purchases and cancellations

All Time Magic Planner purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If your planner arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact info@jillwright.ca promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue so we can assess an appropriate replacement or remedy.

Coaching purchases are final and non-refundable. Membership fees are also final and non-refundable, including fees already paid before a membership is cancelled. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals in accordance with the cancellation process and timing disclosed at purchase, but does not create a refund or credit for a current or previous billing period.

Digital products that have been delivered or accessed, customized work, and completed services are non-refundable where permitted by law and where disclosed before purchase. Separate written terms may apply to workshops, speaking engagements, events, and other services.

Appointment rescheduling and cancellation rules displayed at booking or in a separate agreement form part of these Terms. To report a damaged or incorrect order, cancel future membership renewals, or request an eligible rescheduling, email info@jillwright.ca with your name and relevant order or booking information.

Nothing in this section limits a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Appointments, coaching, memberships, and programs

Both Coach and Client agree to be on time for scheduled calls and to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if rescheduling is required. A missed session may be made up when at least 24 hours’ notice was provided. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided by the Client, any make-up session is at the Coach’s discretion. Additional scheduling terms stated at booking or in an applicable written agreement also apply.

Unless expressly included in writing, purchasing coaching, a membership, or another service does not provide unlimited access to Jill Wright by email, messaging, or social media.

Memberships or subscriptions that automatically renew will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method at or before purchase. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want a renewal, subject to applicable law and the stated cancellation process.

8. Corporate workshops and speaking services

Corporate training, workshops, speaking engagements, licensing, and organization-specific services are governed by the applicable proposal, booking agreement, statement of work, or other written contract. Website descriptions are general information and do not constitute a binding quote or booking commitment.

9. Digital products and permitted use

When you purchase or download a digital product, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes unless different licence terms are provided in writing.

You may not share access links, reproduce, resell, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense, modify for resale, or use a digital product to create a competing product or service. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property.

10. Intellectual property

The Website and its original content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, podcast materials, downloads, course or workshop materials, frameworks, planner content, logos, designs, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Jill Wright and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

This includes the Time Magic Method™, Time Magic Planner, Time Magic Type materials, Happy Healthy Wealthy and Wise book, and related original frameworks and resources. No right, title, or licence is granted except the limited personal use expressly permitted by these Terms.

You may link to a public Website page and share brief quotations with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Any other copying, adaptation, republication, commercial use, training use, or distribution requires prior written permission.

11. User submissions

If you send us a message, feedback, comment, review, or other submission, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

Submitting feedback does not automatically authorize us to publish your name, image, private message, or testimonial. Any public testimonial, photograph, recording, or identifiable case study will be used in accordance with the consent or permission obtained from you.

12. Prohibited use

You may not:

use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

interfere with the Website’s security, availability, or operation;

attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;

introduce malware, harmful code, scraping tools, or automated systems that burden the Website;

impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

collect information about other users without authorization;

infringe our rights or the rights of another person; or

use Website content to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence system without our prior written permission.

13. Third-party services and links

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including payment pages, social media, podcasts, scheduling services, quizzes, email platforms, and embedded content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, products, services, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

14. Website availability and changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Website or a free resource at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or free of errors or harmful components.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and free content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jill Wright and her employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Website, free content, or these Terms.

For claims relating to a paid product or service, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights and remedies preserved by applicable consumer-protection law.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jill Wright and her employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or an offering if you materially violate these Terms, misuse content, threaten or harass another person, fail to pay an amount due, or create a security or legal risk. Any termination of a paid service will also be subject to the applicable purchase terms, written agreement, and mandatory law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Website.

20. General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a business transfer or reorganization.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable purchase or service-specific terms form the agreement between you and us concerning the Website and the applicable offering.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the effective date stated in the revised Terms. If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide any additional notice required by law or the applicable agreement.
