I created this work because I refused to choose between my dreams and my responsibilities.
As a working mom trying to grow a business, raise a family, and still have a life, I needed time management tools that actually worked for me.
Traditional advice didn’t cut it. It was rigid, unrealistic, and never accounted for the mental load, the messy middle, or the kind of brain that gets overstimulated by notifications and underwhelmed by routines.
So I started tweaking things, pairing what I learned about productivity with what I knew about energy, intuition, and learning about how neurodivergent brains function when my son was diagnosed with Autism.
I started sharing the strategies that helped me create structure without burnout, and rhythm without rigidity. And it turns out, I wasn’t alone in needing a new approach.
