Give your students something they’ll use long after the bell rings.
A workshop to help them build time management skills they can carry with them through school, into work, and into life. It’s about more than just getting things done, it’s about feeling capable, calm, and in control.
✔️ It’s real – We talk about what actually happens in a student’s day and offer tools that meet them where they are.
✔️ It’s practical – Students leave with science-backed strategies they can use right away, like time blocking and prioritization.
✔️ It’s life-changing – These are essential executive function skills they’ll use for school, work, and beyond.
✔️ It’s engaging – Hands-on activities and real talk keep students involved, not tuned out.
✔️ It builds confidence – Students feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and better equipped to handle what’s on their plate.
As a mom of four (including a child with special needs), I understand firsthand the challenges of juggling responsibilities and staying organized. Time management is an essential life skill, yet it’s something we’re rarely taught in school.
That’s why I created the Time Magic system: to provide students with the tools they need to manage their time effectively, reduce stress, and succeed both academically and personally. My mission is to ensure every student has access to these strategies so they can build a strong foundation for their future.
I’m an award-winning speaker and subject matter expert who helps parents, students and busy professionals take control of their time, reclaim their energy, and build sustainable self-care practices to thrive.
How much time will this take?
The student workshop happens during school hours. The 60-minute session can be done on site or virtually. If you choose to add on a workshop for parents that would run 60-90 minutes and typically takes place in the evening to accommodate working parents.
What size school can participate?
The program is scalable to fit both small and large schools. For groups of larger than 20, I recommend breaking the programming into two or more groups to encourage maximum engagement.
Can you tailor the program to our school's needs?
Absolutely! Every school community is unique, and I’ll work with you to customize the program to your goals and challenges. I also specialize in time management strategies for neurodiverse brains, so if that is a segment of the student population you are looking to serve we can tackle that as well.
Don’t wait until the night before that big project is due – bring Jill in to your school today and watch their confidence soar.
